Becareful After Getting New Job!!!!!!

Don’t Do These 7 Things When Starting New Job

After graduating college, it’s time to move on to the next struggle way: a job! Congratulations! You’ve finally secured a  new job, and now you want to start off on the right foot, making a positive impression on your new boss and colleagues. You want to be careful not to make any career-ending mistakes. So, what should you NEVER do when starting a new job?

Guidelines of Research Proposal & its Stage

Format for Research proposal

Every one is telling research? What is it? How to write the research proposal? What types of rule must be follow for research? How to write research report? How to prepare for research? If we get a answer of all question, then there will be novel discovery, which is together called as Research.

Proposal should be between 4 and 10 pages and possibly a comprehensive proposal in fewer than 1500 words.

Are you Thinking About PhD? A story of PhD Student..

PhD Student’s Daily Schedule is Mind Boggling

PhD is a dream of every Student. We all people want to write Dr. in front  of our name.We think PhD students do research. But if you come down to the specifics, many of us really don’t know what goes into a PhD.
You must have read the timeline to complete Ph.D. Here is a tentative description of what your average day will look like in a PhD program

17 Things are ornament of recruiters

17 Things recruiters don’t Tell You Which Could Hurt Your Feelings

So you’re looking for a job. You’ve applied for quite a few, have spoken to some recruiters and have even interviewed with a couple of them. Then you wait. And you wait. And you wait some more.

“What went wrong? Why isn’t the recruiter calling me back? He/she seemed so lovely when we met. I thought the interview went really well.”

Tips For Handling protein Samples

Expert Tips: 8 Tips for Handling Precious Protein Samples
These tips can help you establish conditions that preserve protein function, maintain the integrity of the native fold, and avoid unwanted protein aggregation.
In comparison to DNA samples, protein solutions are much more delicate and therefore require carefully controlled handling procedures. The primary concern is to establish conditions that preserve function, maintain the integrity of the native fold, and avoid unwanted protein aggregation. While the best handling procedures are customized for a specific target protein sample, the following general tips for handling precious protein samples can be applied to all types of proteins.

Tips : Competitive Exam

Competitive Exam Tips

Today competition and competitive exams have become a routine of our life. From birth till death one has to compete with both social and personal life. If a person qualify it, he step forward in his/her life but if fails either he/she try for it again or get mentally disturbed. This mental disturbance is not because he /she failed rather it is the fear of society. Though luck is one of the factors for success but hard work rules over it, so we should not blame our luck. First we should note down our negative points or drawbacks. Some of the common points in a human are:

1. Fear: It is the major factor of failure as it diverts one from destiny. One stop working for self rather does it to show the society. This thinking day by day changes the competitive status to fear status. So we should first avoid the interference of society in our talent.

Agarose Gel electrophoresis

Agarose Gel electrophoresis
Gel electrophoresis is a method for separation and analysis of macromolecules (DNA, RNA and proteins) and their fragments, based on their size and charge.

Principle:

When the charge molecules are placed in an electric field, they migrate towards either the positive or negative pole according to their charge. Nucleic acid molecules are separated by applying an electric field to move the negative charged molecules through an Agarose matrix. Shorter molecules move faster and migrate more easily through the pores of the gel. This phenomenon is called sieving.

Protein Separation Technique:2D Gel Electrophoresis

2-D Gel Electrophoresis

It is the process for protein separation on the basis of their molecular weight and isoelectric focusing (IEF). This method is more effective than 1-D gel electrophoresis. Separation of protein by isoelectric point is called isoelectric focusing. A protein that is in a pH region below its isoelectric point (pI) will be positively charged and so will migrate towards the cathode (negative). As it migrates through a gradient of increasing pH, however, the protein's overall charge will decrease until the protein reaches the pH region that corresponds to its pI. At this point it has no net charge and so migration ceases (as there is no electrical attraction towards either electrode). As a result, the proteins become focused into sharp stationary bands with each protein positioned at a point in the pH gradient corresponding to its pI. The technique is capable of extremely high resolution with proteins differing by a single charge being fractionated into separate bands.

PROTEIN SEPARATION TECHNIQUE: SDS PAGE

SDS-PAGE

SDS-PAGE stands for sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It is the technique use to separate protein on the basis of their electrophoretic mobility. It means protein is separated on the basis of polypeptide length and charge. Biochemistry, forensics, genetics, molecular biology and biotechnology are some field where this technique is widely used. SDS is an anionic detergent applied to the native protein sample to linearize it and evenly distribute charge per unit mass, thereby resulting in a fractionation by approximate size during electrophoresis.

Biotechnology and statstics

In Biotechnology ,  research is not meaningful without Statistics Analysis. Biostatstics having a role  to give the viability and meaning  inBiotechnology. So that biotechnology and any research data get a life and speak towards with audience, who is looking to it........
